Special Nepotism Policy


Unless approved by the Board, the employment of individuals at institutions under its governance who are family members within the second degree of affinity or consanguinity (spouse, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers or sisters) of the institutional Presidents is prohibited. Exceptions to this Policy may be permitted by the CEO after consultation with members of the Board on an infrequent basis if an exception is reasonably warranted based upon the prevailing circumstances.
