Meetings

1.14

The dates of the Board’s regular meetings shall be set in accordance with the Open Meeting Act. Special meetings may be called by the Chair, or in the absence of the Chair, the Vice Chair, whenever necessary. Five members shall constitute a quorum to transact business. When a quorum is present, at least five votes are necessary to bind the Board. Meetings shall be conducted and votes shall be cast in accordance with the Open Meeting Act. Proxies are not permitted.
