Mr. Billy Taylor
Mr. Taylor is a banker/rancher from Muskogee, Oklahoma. He was appointed by Governor
Kevin Stitt in 2021 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Taylor received
a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Education from Oklahoma State University.
His term expires in 2023.
