Rachel Shreffler serves as the Assistant Director of Health and Wellness in the Human Resources Department, and as an adjunct professor for Health and Human Performance in the College of Education. Rachel earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Health, Physical Education and Leisure Studies, and Masters of Science Degree in Health Education, both from Oklahoma State University.  For over 20 years she has worked extensively with students, employees, and communities to improve personal and organizational health and well-being at both the state and local level. She previously served as a Victim’s Advocate in Liberal, KS.

Jovette Dew serves as the Assistant Vice President of Instructional Diversity and Director of Diversity Academic Support/TRIO Programs. Jovette earned her Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management, Masters of Science in Counseling and Student Personnel, and PhD in Educational Psychology, all from Oklahoma State University. She has worked at OSU since 1996. She has a strong desire to see students succeed and this is her driving for coming to work every day.
