Mr. Lester attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitaet in Munich, Germany, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, magna cum laude, from Duke University in 1977 and received a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Science in Foreign Service degree from Georgetown University in 1981. His term expires in 2018.

He was appointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2010 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Link received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1972 and earned post graduate credits. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant designation (currently inactive) in the State of Oklahoma. His term expires in 2015.

As President of the State Board of Agriculture, Mr. Reese serves as a member of the A&M Board of Regents.  He was appointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2011 as the At-Large Member to the State Board of Agriculture, who serves as President of the State Board of Agriculture.  He served as State Executive Director of USDA/Farm Service Agency.  Mr. Reese earned an associate degree in drafting and design from Northern Oklahoma College and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in engineering technology.  His term is coterminous with the Governor.

Mrs. Watkins received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degree from Oklahoma State University at Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 1964 and 1965, respectively. Her term expires in 2020.
