30:1—1—9. Amendments to Rules and Statements of Internal Management

Changes or amendments to the Rules and Statements of Internal Management of the Board of Regents may be offered by any member. The proposed changes or amendments must be in writing and presented to the Board at least 30 days prior to the Board’s voting on the changes or amendments.
