30:1—1—12. Procedures
for submission, consideration, and disposition of rulemaking petitions
Persons desiring to submit petitions for the consideration
of the Board of Regents asking for the promulgation, amendment, or repeal of
rules of the Board of Regents shall transmit such petitions in writing to the
Executive Secretary of the Board, at the address of the Board of Regent’s legal
situs. No particular forms are required for such
petitions, except that all such rulemaking petitions must be in writing. Such
petitions shall be referred to the Personnel and Policies Committee of the
Board of Regents for review and recommendation to the full Board membership.
